A sealed-bid auction platform for a children's charity fundraiser. This is an illustrative case study — the charities, figures and bidders are fictional demo data.
The brief
A family fundraising night is organised at a local community venue in aid of two children's causes: The Brightpath Foundation, who support families affected by rare genetic conditions, and Havenwood Children's Hospice. (Both are fictional charities used to illustrate the platform.)
The centrepiece is a set of signed football memorabilia. Rather than a traditional paper-and-pen silent auction — slips going missing, bids hard to track, no way to reach winners afterwards — the organisers want something that feels polished, keeps every bid confidential, and makes settling up effortless.
What Tetherra built
